Installation of double saw:

1) If the machine tool is installed in a workshop on a concrete floor, it is not necessary to make a special foundation. First, support the 10 adjusting screws on the machine legs, then level the machine tool, and tighten the locking nuts of the adjusting screws, and the machine tool can be used. .

2) The minimum pressure of the air source of the machine tool is not less than 0.6mpa, so that the machine tool can work normally, and the rated pressure should be kept between 0.6~0.8mpa. The introduction of the air source can use an air pipe with an inner diameter of 8mm to be firmly connected to the air source of the machine tool. body interface.

3) The machine tool uses 380V three-phase power supply, the cross section of the lead wire is not less than 4mm², and the machine tool should be grounded reliably.

 

Features of double head saw:

1) There is a two-way clamping device on the worktable, which is driven by the air cylinder to realize reliable clamping of the workpiece. There is a support frame behind the right worktable, and two auxiliary movable support frames, which can meet the requirements of different specifications. Profile feeding and cutting.

2) The design of the machine tool fully pays attention to the safety at work. The moving parts of the saw head are all covered in a fastened safety cover, and the control system is equipped with two-hand operation safety control. The structure of the double-head saw:

1) The bed of the machine tool is welded with low-carbon steel plates, and there are reinforcing rib plates inside. After welding, it is annealed and stress-relieved to ensure sufficient rigidity and stability of the bed. The machine bed is equipped with grinding guides with good straightness, so as to ensure the straightness requirements of the right table movement.

2) In order to ensure the cutting angle of the saw blade, the swing angle position of the saw blade has been adjusted and fixed before leaving the factory.

3) The feed movement of the saw blade of the machine tool to cut the workpiece is that the air-hydraulic damping cylinder pulls the swing arm to feed upward, the swing arm seat is fixed behind the worktable, and the air-hydraulic damping cylinder pulls the saw blade from the back to achieve feeding. This kind of damping cylinder can stepless speed regulation during feeding, the speed is not affected by external force during the cutting process, and has the function of rapid return when returning.

4) The main moving parts of the machine tool are all cast, annealed to eliminate stress and then finish machining, which effectively ensures the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.

 

Operation of the double head saw:

1) Adjust the position of the pressing cylinder: after placing the workpiece on the worktable, adjust the horizontal clamping cylinder to the best position of the stroke, and at the same time, adjust it up and down to the neutral line position of the profile; the adjustment of the vertical cylinder should also be adjusted to the middle of the profile. Linear position, up and down to the best position of the stroke, so that the material can be better clamped.

2) Operation procedure of the machine tool: Before starting the machine, check whether the oil level in the damping cylinder is at 1/3 of the height of the cylinder block. If it is not enough, add No. 46 hydraulic oil first; If it is loose, it should be tightened; check whether the work surface is clean, and then start the work, first press the motor start button to start the saw blade motor, press the pressing button to clamp the workpiece, and leave the work surface with both hands after confirmation , The feeding mode is divided into manual mode and automatic mode: rotate the manual and automatic knob to the left to execute the manual mode, press the two start buttons with both hands at the same time, the safety guard is closed, the saw blade starts to cut the workpiece, release any With one button, the saw blade is automatically retracted, the guard is opened, and the material is automatically loosened after retracting in place. 3) Adjustment of feed speed: In the above cutting process, if the cutting speed of the saw blade is not suitable, the throttle valve on the gas-liquid damping cylinder can be adjusted to obtain the required feed speed.

 

Maintenance and maintenance of double-headed saws:

1) The spindle of the machine tool is lubricated with medium-sized lithium-based grease, which has been added during the assembly of the machine tool. When the machine tool is in normal use, it should be replenished every six months. Supplementary method: Open the machine cover and screw in through the screw oil cup.

2) The oil level in the gas-liquid damping cylinder should be kept at 1/3 of the cylinder body. If it is not enough, No. 46 hydraulic oil should be added in time.

3) The machine tool should be kept clean frequently, the chips should be cleaned in time after each work shift, and the dust and chips from the guide rail and the machine tool should be wiped off. The guide rail has already been added with a manual lubrication pump, and the guide rail should be lubricated regularly every week.

4) After the saw blade has been used for a period of time, it should be removed for sharpening to keep the blade of the saw blade sharp. If it is damaged or the blade is severely worn, it should be replaced. When removing the saw blade, there is a special wrench in the accessory box. , When the direction of force applied by the special wrench for saw blade is the same as the cutting direction of the saw blade, it is to loosen the nut, otherwise it is to lock the nut.

 

Precautions for double head saws:

1) When the machine tool is working, the staff must not approach the saw blade to avoid personal accidents.

2) The machine tool should be grounded and installed with a leakage protector. It is best not to use other electrical equipment such as electric welding machines near the machine tool. If there is, it should be at least 10 meters away to prevent interference. The voltage range used by the machine tool is three-phase. AC 380V, 50HZ.

3) Before starting the work, the length of the machine tool must be reset to zero, that is, press the reset button, the right table will automatically return to the origin, and then start to work. If the emergency stop button is often pressed during the work, or there are many manual operations, it will lead to the length of the machine. The length return to zero must also be performed if it is not on time.

4) When cutting materials, there must be oil injection to cool the saw blade. If there is no coolant, please add coolant in time (the coolant can be sawtooth oil or a mixture of hydraulic oil and diesel according to 7:3), otherwise it will be easily damaged. Saw blade, shorten the service life of the saw blade.

5) When the machine tool is not used for a long time, be sure to turn off the main power of the machine tool to prolong the service life of the servo motor and other electrical components.

6) Before the machine shuts down after get off work, please swing the saw blade back to the 90-degree position to prevent the deformation of the saw blade steel plate, so as to better protect the saw blade.

 

Angle and length adjustment of the double saw:

1) When there is a problem with the machine angle, first we need to see if there is a problem with 90 degrees or 45 degrees. If there is a problem with 90 degrees, we first swing the saw blade to 45 degrees, and then loosen the nut on the angle adjustment bolt. If the angle is too large, twist the bolt clockwise a little bit, and then lock the nut. Swing back to 90 degrees and try to cut again; if the angle is small, twist out a little bolt counterclockwise and then lock the nut until the angle is just right. The same principle, if there is a problem with 45 degrees, swing the saw blade to the 90 degree position to adjust the 45 degree bolt. If the 45 degree is small, twist the bolt counterclockwise a little bit. If the angle is too large , then twist it in a little bit clockwise, and then try to cut again.

2) Adjustment of machine length:

A. Under normal circumstances, when the cutting length is wrong, we should choose to reset, let the machine tool automatically origin, and then reposition it for cutting.

B. There is still a problem with repositioning the cut length after reset, so you have to correct the parameters. First, choose reset, and cut a knife after returning to zero. What is the current length measured? If it is inconsistent with the length benchmark we set, then we enter this length into our length benchmark. At this time, go to repositioning and try cutting.

C. If there is still a problem with the cutting length after correcting the benchmark, then it is necessary to correct the length pulse equivalent. We generally calculate the pulse equivalent according to the following formula:

(A-C) / (B-C) * D = E

A: Measured length

B: length setting value

C: length reference

D: Current length pulse equivalent

E: new length pulse equivalent

Through the above formula, substitute the corresponding value, calculate the new pulse equivalent, input it into the length pulse equivalent, and then try to cut it. If there is still an error, recalculate it again. There will be no more problems.

 

Common faults and troubleshooting methods of double-head saws:

1) Repeated positioning length difference: poor profile dimensional accuracy; poor saw blade flatness;

2) Angle difference: poor dimensional accuracy of the profile; card installation problem; problem with the angle of the saw blade itself;

3) Poor flatness: there is a problem with the card installation; the feed speed of the saw blade is too fast; the saw blade is too dull;

4) Material collapse during sawing: the clamping is not tight; the feed is too fast; the profile is too brittle; the tooth shape of the saw blade is not selected correctly; the saw blade is too blunt;

5) Saw blade feeding crawling: there is air in the air-hydraulic cylinder of the feeding blade; the oil level in the oil storage cylinder is low, and hydraulic oil needs to be added;

6) After turning on the main power, all actions have no response: check whether the emergency stop button is pressed; check whether there is power on the panel;

7) The right machine cannot be moved: see if there is an alarm prompt on the upper left of the screen; whether the emergency stop is pressed; whether the limit is triggered;

8) The motor does not start: check whether the indicator light of the motor start button is on; check whether the thermal relay has tripped; check whether the motor is faulty;

9) The saw blade does not rotate and the motor is rotating: check the belt, if the belt is broken, replace the belt;

10) The saw blade does not feed: check whether the magnetic switch on the feed cylinder above the feed cylinder is normally lit; check whether the solenoid valve is normal;

11) The tool does not retract after the feed is in place: check whether the feed-in position magnetic switch on the feed cylinder is triggered, if not, adjust the feed-in position magnetic switch;

12) The swing angle is not in place: check whether the air pressure of the air source is above 0.6; adjust the throttle valve on the swing angle cylinder; check whether the locking cylinder is opened when the swing angle is turned;
