The aluminum alloy die casting process mainly includes the following steps:

2.Melting and Alloying: Melting the aluminum alloy according to the standardized chemical composition. The high pressure ensures that the aluminum alloy fills the mold cavity and gradually solidifies as it cools. Once the aluminum alloy has solidified to a certain extent, the mold is opened, and the casting is removed.
4.Debarring and Trimming: During the die casting process, burrs may be formed on the parting surfaces of the mold. Therefore, after the casting is removed, burrs need to be removed through grinding, polishing, or other methods. If there is any deformation, it also needs to be corrected and trimmed.
5.Surface Treatment: In order to improve the appearance and performance of the die-cast parts, surface treatment is necessary. Common surface treatment methods include sandblasting, shot blasting, anodizing, electroplating, and painting. The specific treatment method is selected based on the product requirements and actual conditions.
